As an additional offering, Marketing Together LLC. provides comprehensive event planning services. From festivals and ceremonies to competitions and conventions, our event planning encompasses every detail, including budgeting, date selection, venue reservation, permits, and more.
Navigating Your Event’s Unique Needs: Our event planning service encompasses:

Terms and Conditions
Flexible Solutions Tailored to Your Event
No event is too big or small for Marketing Together LLC. Our services are adaptable and designed to accommodate various event budgets, sizes, and requirements.
Gratuity and Payment Structure
A 20% gratuity will be added to all event charges, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
To secure your event date, a non-refundable down payment of $500.00 is required. This payment is credited towards your balance and guarantees your reservation. Please note that fees are for holding the date and are not subject to refund.
Payment Timeline
Within 72 hours of the finalized tasting, 1/3 of the total balance for Marketing Together LLC/Albuquerque Catering services is due.
For events scheduled over 30 days in advance, the final balance must be settled 30 days before the event. However, if the event is scheduled within 7 to 30 days, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Additional Vendor Services
If external services are required, an additional down payment (up to 1/3 of the vendor’s balance) may be requested to secure the date in accordance with the vendor’s terms.
Menu Tasting and Payment
For events with over one hundred guests, the first menu tasting is complimentary. For smaller events, the cost is $150 for up to four people. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event and must be paid using certified funds.
Client Responsibilities and Alcoholic Beverage Service
While La Luna Eatery & Events is not obligated to provide certain items, they can be rented or purchased. Alcoholic beverage service is available, with some limitations based on state laws.
Hosted Bar Options
Explore our hosted bar options for both La Luna Eatery & Events and partner properties, each offering a unique experience for your guests.
- You will be responsible for providing your own ice.
- La Luna reserves the right to shut down an event in the case where any outside alcoholic beverages.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Please note that La Luna Eatery & Events is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances unless directly caused by our team.
