Chef Robin Valdez

At such a young age, Chef Valdez has already made a name for himself in the New Mexico for a span of 18 years. With epicurean experience such as at Taos's pristine, high-class restaurants, and now branching off on his own Chef Valdez has taken his creative presentations to the extreme. Using today's latest technology in molecular gastronomy he is  equipped with a pallet of fresh flavors. Witch is  presented to you and your guests within his creative cuisine.

 

 

 

 

No event is too big or too small. However, we do have a food minimum based on the amount of guest's per-event.

Up to20% gratuity is added to all events

A $500.00 deposit is required to hold a date. The deposit will be applied to the balance, and is not subject to refund. If you cancel your event inside 21 days of the original event date, the refund of the deposit is at the sole discretion of Mon Amis Personal Chefs and its owners. All deposits, fees, or monies spent on your event will be deducted from your original deposit. Any event loss due to your termination of the event inside 21 days costs you $500.00 per lost event

Once a menu is decided, 1/3of the total balance is due. Holding deposit is part of the third balance payment. Mon Amis Personal Chefs generally gifts the first menu tasting on events larger than fifty guests. On events less than fifty, tasting runs one hundred fifty dollars per tasting.

The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the event and must be paid with certified funds such as cashier's check, money order, company check, or cash. Personal checks are accepted but must be within seven days of the event.

Mon Amis Personal Chefs is not required to provide centerpieces, linens, flatware, ice, or beverages of any kind to the event, though they may be rented or purchased. If they are provided by the client they must be given to Mon Amis Personal chefs or A.J.A.M Event Services seven days prior with certified funds. If Mon Amis Personal Chefs must provide these items the client will be billed accordingly any rentals that are not returned or are damaged.

Mon Amis Personal Chefs is not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. However, if the client or their guests provide wine or champagne for a toast, Mon Amis Personal Chef's will allow you to use their hired servers in the event. Mon Amis Personal Chefs reserves the right to not serve any client any alcoholic beverages as a personal decision, due to the compliance with New México state laws. In the event you hire a bartender for your event, they must meet New México state law requirements to serve alcohol.

In the event of in cumbering weather or unexpected emergencies, Mon Amis Personal Chefs or A.J.A.M Event Services will not be held responsible for any damages or losses or delays at time of event.
